In the past 3 years the BBSA Board has followed a 3 year plan to improve the league, the next Board will begin the next steps and a new 3 year plan. In the past 3 yeards Bartlett Little League has shown growth for the first time in over a decade, improved member satisfaction (in 2015 81% would recommend BLL to in 2017 96% would recommend BLL), improved fields, the re-introduction of Majors, and improved success of our teams (2016 and 2017 Minors Districts Champions and 2017 Major District Champions). We are looking to continue this trend to be the best youth sports organization possible.
The elections for the 2018 BBSA Board is scheduled for September 14th at 8pm at the Log Cabin in Bartlett Park. All members of Bartlett Little League are eligible to vote and help decide the direction of the league for the next year and moving forward.

We must have candidates and elect a President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Player Agent/Director of In-House. If those positions are filled a Vice-President can also be elected. During this meeting the Board of Directors will also be elected.
We urge all members of Bartlett Little League to consider running, as an all volunteer league we are only as strong as our volunteers.
Please join us on September 14th to vote. Absentee ballots can be requested if you can not attend the meeting and will be available September 13th.
